Financial Transactions

Product Licensing

All items listed on the marketplace must be officially licensed and approved for sale in the Egyptian market. Listing unlicensed brands or medicines is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the supplier's account.

PharmaBuy acts as a neutral marketplace. We do not manufacture or sell pharmaceutical products directly. The responsibility for product quality, compliance, and legal adherence rests solely with the registered supplier (seller).

Order Cancellation & Returns

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Returns are handled following standard pharmaceutical industry regulations for damaged, expired, or incorrect items at the time of delivery.

Prohibited Content

Members are prohibited from posting immoral, unlawful, or harmful content. Any attempt to interfere with the website's software or security will lead to legal prosecution.
